Note:  This investigation has no intention to attack or discredit any person, institution or group
            but the search of THE TRUTH trying to recover credibility, dignity and recognizance of the
            tenacious and hard work of many honest, objective and serious UFO researchers.

            This exceptional case has been around the globe in many countries all over the
            media, in TV news, TV shows, Press Conferences, Radio broadcasts, Books,
            Ufo Congress and Conventions, Magazines, Newspapers and nobody questioned
            enough to find the truth about this case of an airplane colliding with a UFO.

            This is a very serious information that should be treated with high responsibility
            because it involves the reputation of many Airline Pilots, Air Traffic Controllers and
            UFO researchers who deserve our most highly respect.


Since december 21, 2003 a discredit conspiracy and defamation campaign started against
me in ABC Radio 760 AM -  the weekly popular Jaime Maussan's nation wide Radio show
in Mexico City named "OVNI un fenomeno Inteligente" (UFO an intelligent phenomena)
which was simultaneously aired in the web page _www.losovnis.tv_ in audio and video
were in a cowardly way my name was mentioned and I was called by Capt. Raymundo Ruano
to be a sectarian,  spiritualist and to belong to a 'weird' group in Puebla Mexico were I live.

Two years ago I gave him my card as Director of ALCIONE.A.C. a non-profit and non
religious Civil Association legally established in Mexico.

I was accused by Jaime Maussan on his Radio show of participating in a program interview
in Canada and the USA where I supposedly called J. Maussan, Capt. Raymundo Ruano
and Enrique Kolbeck liars and to participating in a conspiracy to make a hoax of the UFO and
Aeromexico's DC9 collision. He also stated repeatedly that I said this incident never happened
and that is a lie, that is disinformation! The information about a DC-9 that had a mechanical
failure has been in my web page since 1998 and Maussan knew it! And Ruano too!.

I never had any interview in any program out of Mexico.

My name was called out in a conspiracy arranged by Maussan in his radio show and by
Enrique Kolbeck who poisonously said about me to be a person with mental problems
and assenting on Maussan's commentary -with laughs in the background- about me of
having lack of maleness. Enrique certainly knew what he was doing on that conspiracy
and now I hope he certainly knows what he is going to face ahead. They will find out soon
who really I am. They knew this moment was coming and here it is.

Maussan said there is going to be an investigation about me and my interests.

Jaime Maussan as a public figure, a famous journalist, a man respected by the latin
people has from now a compromise with me. I will investigate him too, very thoroughly.

Regarding the "Watergate for the Air Industry in Mexico" post from John Velez in behalf
of Jaime Maussan (what a mess and what a shame for a great journalist) there was no
charge with the officials in the Air Industry. That is a lie fabricated with a disinformation
technique used to inflate the opinion of  the audience minimizing any dissent against
that original opinion. To add an even more egregious dimension of cynical fraud or
hoax, it isn't billed by the perpetrators as "unbiased news".

The facts:

I filed a complain at ASPA, the mexican Airline Pilots Union against Capt. Raymundo
Cervantes Ruano who is a director's board member were we belong and supposedly
he is my representative who has the obligation to defend my profession and integrity
and he discredited me in public, allowed and participated in a conspiracy  against me
and that is a very serious Union statute violation against my rights so I decided to file
a complain.

The truth has come out to expose all those who lied for almost 10 years about the
alleged Aeromexico's DC9 collision with a UFO on july 28, 1994.

With the nice help of John Velez Jaime Maussan was told, -I don't now what information
he gathered or how it was handled-  about my exposure of the Aeromexico/UFO hoax
case, just one more of  many Maussan hoaxes and now this case could grow fast,
freely, strong and attractive to the media.

I am sorry I used to much space above but I needed to clarify that information and for
the record. Now is time to get straight to the facts so here are my results:

I found and interviewed in january 08, 2004 a missing key eyewitness, Capt. Enrique
Gomez,  Ruano's copilot.

With his testimony this case is almost closed as a hoax.

Why Capt. Enrique Gomez, never was named since 1994? Almost 10 years ago!
You can guess, maybe he was not a good candidate for the case as a witness because
he didn't want to testify about something he didn't see and didn't hear, the UFO story.

So his name should and was kept in silence (secret) and in that way nobody could
reach him and ask about the truth of  his experience that night.

History:

The Aeromexico's DC 9 and a UFO collision case of flight 129 on july 28 1994 was
accepted for many years as real but the facts and the lack of information regarding
some essential pieces were missing. That made me doubt about the facts and I
started a revue of the whole case so I exposed this rare and suspicious case in my
web page since 1998 because I believed sustained on my background that there
was a floppy investigation around the facts, actors and extremely vague results.

For me as an investigator, an Airline pilot working in the air industry since 1968
and former Air Traffic Controller was very difficult to swallow the way this case
was handled and presented without mentioning the copilot's name. There is no
video tape recording of the air traffic control center and terminal area, neither voice
recordings. It was and is a very important clue because in this specific case the
data must be collected at the moment and it wasn't.

Outrageous! In Maussan's radio program that I referred above the conspirators
against me mentioned that there was a Radar VIDEO RECORDING that DAY,
and they said that it is an absurd request from me because the voice and radar
tape recordings were erased three months after the incident!

How a "prominent" investigator -as J. Maussan has been called- could forget
to collect that valuable DATA. I can't believe it!

This is not a case of a bicycle hitting a sidewalk trash can. We are talking of a
110,000 lb weight airplane, flying at a speed of +/- 160 mph on his final approach
course to the runway. Anybody using his common sense could easily imagine
what the results could have been of this great mass colliding with a UFO in midair
and from that the result was only a broken hydraulic link line? a 1/2 inch thick steel
line! 1.27cm diameter of steel an that's all. NO WAY!

That line is located in a place were many other components of the landing gear
should have been damaged including the doors.

My collision experience:

I was flying some time south of Mexico and I collided with a duck that was 28
years ago in a 3000 lb. Cessna 402 when flying at low speed (80 mph) and the
15 lb. bird perforated the right wing from the leading edge to the back side of
the fuel tank and the airplane turned almost 130º in a second. Repairs needed
a full wing change because it was totally asymmetrical. That was a real collision!

Very important information about this DC-9/UFO collision case was and is still missing.

I studied Physician Mathematician career -not finished- from 1964 to 1967 in
Monterrey Mexico ITESM which I truncated to become a pilot. I remember some
of the physics lessons about forces, kinetics and I know why this case with no
real extended damage has no implication with a midair UFO collision. Let's be
realistic here when we talk about mass, speed velocity and forces.

"If an aircraft strikes a big bird at a speed of 500 MPH, the impact will be of about
25 tons. I am talking about an average speed of the Aeromexico's DC-9 of 160 knots.

If a 4 kg (8,8 lb..) big bird with a length of 30 cm has an impact with an airplane flying
at a speed of 160 mph (258 km/hr) the average impact force is of  7.66 TONS!

You can use the average impact force TABLE bellow were you can calculate the
impact/ speed/force of  a big bird (duck) collision against an airplane.


 

Airplane & Duck Collision Force

As a variation on the airplane and duck problem, change the mass
of the bird and speed of the aircraft. Enter a length of the bird for
estimation of the Average impact force in tons (click in tons window).
 

       Mass of bird m = kg, weight =  N = lb.

Velocity of aircraft =  m/s = km/h =  mi/h, 

        which for bird length = cm gives an

     estimated impact time of   seconds.

            Under these conditions, the impact force is:

    Average impact force = N = lb =  tons.


 

What about a UFO that has been detected by RADAR which must have enough mass to be detected?

"Since we took off from Guadalajara Intl. airport until landing at Mexico's Intl. there was NO UFO's
and NO ECHO or 'traffic' following or close to our airplane or any verbal information given by any
of the Air Traffic Controllers in all frequencies that we listened over the full length of the flight.
We were not advised of any "ships" or "UFO's" at no time.

"There was a LOUD NOISE and I felt like a huge hit at the time Capt. Ruano asked me to lower
the landing gear. I know it was because of the landing gear hydraulic failure. Everybody was very
scared but WE DIDN'T HIT NOTHING. We heard about UFO's after the incident. Some Air Traffic
Controllers called (Enrique Kolbeck) looking for Capt. Raymundo Ruano by telephone while we
were at the Aeronautical Authorities office at the airport during the paper work of the incident was
in progress and Capt. Ruano was informed about some UFO sightings that  was gathered during
that evening."

"That was 3 hours after the incident when Capt., Ruano told me if I would like to talk to a traffic
controller and see the video and pictures taken from the incident. I told him I don't wanted to do that
because it was almost 01:00 AM in the morning and I lived far outside Mexico's City in Cocoyoc."

"Jaime Maussan looked for me three times AFTER the incident and asked me if  I would like to
participate in a video interview were I should say that there were UFO's who caused the DC9
damage and I told him I couldn't do that because it was not real and he suggested me that I could
say that a "Shock Wave" was the cause of the  airplane's damage on main right landing gear."

"I laughed when I heard his request and I told him as I am an expert in STEEL CUTTING which I
studied and worked in for more than 5 years with my uncle who was nominated for nobel price
before becoming to be a pilot and that the cause of the damage to the 'hydraulic link line' of the
DC-9 XA-JEB involved in the incident couldn't be possible as to be from a collision with an
object because I had knowledge in steel cutting and kinetics so I couldn't participate on that
UFO collision video interview."

Capt. Ramon Ruiz Gomez
Flying in another airplane  behind Capt., Ruano's flight 129 the day of the incident

Capt. Ramon Ruiz Gomez words:

"I took off from Guadalajara behind Ruano’s flight and at all the time I had him in sight because
there was a clear night sky and I didn't heard  in the air frequencies anything regarding UFO's
or any 'targets' as Kolbeck stated in the audio tape that Capt. Franz just showed to me.
I was about 5 to 6 miles behind him and I heard when he declared an emergency so we were
put on a holding pattern in San Mateo VOR ( radio facility) for almost 10 minutes.

I didn't saw UFO's or another aircraft in the sky that night. I landed behind Ruano's  airplane
and I got down from my airplane, Ruano's airplane was at gate #8 and mine at gate #9.
I went down to see what was the damage on his airplane and there was a hydraulic small
leak in the right main landing gear"

The third person or extra passenger sitting in the 'jump seat' inside the cockpit.

Capt. Alejandro Luna Sotura's words:

"I was seating in the jump seat that night inside the flight deck, the flight was normal and when on
final turn to the airport Capt. Ruano ordered the first officer Capt. Enrique Gómez to put the
landing gear down. The gear handle was moved to the down position, then AT THE SAME TIME
there was a LOUD BANG NOISE. I had never heard such a loud noise in my 30 years in aviation
but there was NO SHAKING or AIRPLANE MOVEMENT. (Normally you will hear thumping as the
landing gear comes down and the pilot should confirm that the landing gear has extended and is
DOWN AND LOCKED by the normal sound and feel of the system operation as well as by the
gear position LIGHTS)

There was no UFO's or "Target" advice  from the air traffic control during all of the flight time".

Francisco Martinez Meza
Aeromexico's Maintenance Supervisor attended DC-9 tail number XA-JEB
on july 28 1994 the same day of the incident

Francisco Martinez Meza's words:

"There is a LIE regarding Alfonso Salazar against Cap. Raymundo Ruano's statement about
that there was a 'broken strut' in the DC9's landing gear". It was a hydraulic leak in the 'link line'
(ensemble between the hydraulic steel line and the fabric steel hose) of the brakes.

There was NO LINE BROKEN AS WITH A CUTTER as I heard the audio tape were a person
named Alfonso Salazar who I don't remember very well because he said I was his teacher.
I taught aeronautical mechanics 25 years ago but not 30 as Alfonso Salazar stated in the audio
tape and there was NO BROKEN STRUT in any of both main landing gears as Cap. Raymundo
Ruano told, it was a hydraulic 'link line' leak, that's all.

the brakes 'link line', a hose closer to the main strut made from special fabric and steel for
landing gear wheel's ensemble flexibility purposes.

Some questions:

1 - Why the names of crucial eyewitnesses are known till now after 10 years of the incident?

2 - What was the purpose to avoid mentioning for almost 10 years the names of the co-pilot
     and the third member inside the airplane's cockpit?

3 - Why Capt. Raymundo Ruano said he was told by Enrique Kolbeck that there were
     two "SHIPS" scouting his airplane?

4 - Why Enrique Kolbeck told to the media that he saw two ECHOES in the Radar screen
     and advised Capt. Ruano?

5 - Why Capt. Ruano told to the media many times that the air traffic controller told him that there
     was a UFO passing underneath his airplane on his final turn to the airport while the radar can't
     show vertical information of primary targets?

6.-  Where is the video tape that Capt. Ruano said it was recorded in the Air Traffic Control Center?

  The name of the Mechanic Chief has appeared and is Francisco Martinez Meza.

   I interviewed Francisco Martinez Meza in his office today january 12 2004 and he
   told me there is a LIE regarding Cap. Raymundo Ruano's statement about that there
   was a 'broken strut' or 'broken actuator' in the Aeromexico's DC9 XA-JEB.

   Francisco Martinez Meza Statement:

   There was "no broken strut", or 'broken actuator' as Cap. Raymundo Ruano told
    in the tape recording. There was only a small hydraulic leak in the brakes 'link' line,
    a conduct closer to the main strut made from special fabric and steel for wheels ensemble
    flexibility purposes."

   Francisco Martinez Meza is now in charge as Maintenance General Manager in
   Aeromexico. He's in charge of Maintenance Service Stations all over Mexico's states and he
   doesn't remember the Mechanic ALFONSO SALAZAR as stated in Jaime Maussan's post at:

  I had an interview with Capt. Enrique Gomez on january 08, 2004. He told me in front of 6 pilots
    while we were at the Aeromexico's pilots briefing room that there was, at the moment the landing
    gear was lowered, only a LOUD NOISE AND FELT AS IF WE HIT SOMETHING but that was
    the line of the landing gear that was broken and giving up to a 3000 lb. of hydraulic pressure.

    There was NO information on the radio frequencies during ALL the flight's duration about  UFO's
    or TARGET's and they were not advised from that as Enrique Kolbeck the traffic controller stated
    that he told  Capt. Raymundo Ruano about  "two targets 'beside' Capt. Ruano's  flight 129 .

   Enrique Kolbeck LIED and there was a conspiracy to make this FAKE like real.



 

REGARDING THE SUPPOSED COLLISION OF AN AEROMEXICO'S DC-9-32
AIRPLANE WITH A UFO ON FINAL APPROACH COURSE TO RUNWAY 05
RIGHT AT  "BENITO JUAREZ" MEXICO'S INTL. AIRPORT ON JULY 28 1994.

There has been circling a video around the world about an alleged collision between a UFO
and a DC-9 form Aeromexico where Capt. Raymundo C. Ruano was the Pilot in Command
of flight 129 the 28th of July 1994 that departed from Guadalajara to Mexico City.

The image (below) shows 2 TV programs in which Capt. Raymundo Cervantes Ruano
(left side of J. Maussan, third from left to right) explains his alleged crash with a UFO.

Thoughtfulness:

The Terminal Control Area in Mexico provides Air Traffic Control to those airplanes under his
control area using a sophisticated Radar System with a SECONDARY TRANSPONDER.

The PRIMARY RADAR system doesn't have the capability to detect two objects at the same
vertical plane so there could be a column of aircraft's in the same place which would only show
one "echo” or "blimp" on the Radar screen. This is supposing that the Terminal Controller was
using the PRIMARY RADAR which could detect all flying objects in his controlled airspace
between the antenna and a radius of 50 Nautical Miles.

The only way that ATC could know a "target's" altitude is when it has a coded radar beacon
transponder equipment installed on board.

This SECONDARY TRANSPONDER equipment sends a signal to the RADAR antenna and
displays the "target" informationas the CALL SIGN, DIRECTION, ALTITUDE and SPEED
in the Controller's Radar screen.

It is obvious that a UFO has NO TRANSPONDER or TERRESTRIAL equipment.
 
 
DEFINITIONS
RADAR:  Acronym for RAdio Detection And Ranging.

     A radio detection system that transmits short bursts (pulses) 
     of radio frequency energy and detects their echoes from objects
     (targets) such as aircraft or ships.

PRIMARY RADAR:

      A radiodetermination system based on the comparison of reference
      signals with radio signals reflected from the position to be determined.

      Primary radar systems receive reflections of their own transmitted
      signals as returned signals from the target. The reflected energy is
      used by the primary radar to determine the target information. 

      Conventionally, the term primary is dropped when referring to
      primary radar systems as this is considered the normal method 
     of radar operation. 

      The exception to this convention comes when making a distinction
      between primary radar systems and secondary radar systems

SECONDARY RADAR:

     A radio detection device that provides information on range, azimuth,
     and/or elevation of objects

     A radiodetermination system based on the comparison of reference
     signals with radio signals reflected, or retransmitted, from the position
     to be determined.

     A secondary radar system is a cooperative target identification
     system in which the interrogator transmits an encoded signal to
     a target. 

     The signal transmitted by the secondary radar is intercepted
     and received by the target. The target has a transponder on
     board that interprets the encoded signal and transmits an
     encoded reply back to the interrogator. 

     The secondary radar system receives and interprets the target's
     encoded signal.

RADIODETERMINATION:

     The determination of the position, velocity and/or other characteristics
     of an object, or the obtaining of information relating to these parameters,
     by means of the propagation properties of radio waves.

So there is no way a Controller can see in the radar screen the altitude or vertical
position of a non transponder equipped object like a UFO, or non terrestrial ship.

  COMMENTS ON THE ALLEGED CRASH OR COLLISION OF A DC-9-32
     AEROMÉXICO'S AIRPLANE WITH A UFO IN 1994 ON IT'S FINAL APPROACH.

01.- When this video was aired on TV there was no information about:
 

         a.) The airplane's registration number. (we already find out some info)
         b.) The engines total flight hours.
         c.) Total flight hours (Airframe).
         d.) The last date of airplane maintenance service.
         e.) The last date of engines maintenance service.
          f.) The engines total hours logbook registration.
         g.) The logbook paper copy with the Pilot's report and signature.
         h.) The rest of the Crew member names.
          i.) The airplane's total landing cycles.
          j.) The name of the co-pilot.
         k.) The name of the third pilot on board. (eyewitness)
         l.) The related airplane maintenance logbook documents.
        m.) The laboratory results of damaged parts.
         n.) The Control Tower tape recordings.
         o.) The names of NASA personnel Maussan mentioned.
         p.) The names of the rest of the aside Controllers.
NOTE: Last information given by J. Maussan in UFO Updates list is that the DC-9
               registration call the day of the incident  was XA-JEB  (See picture)

02.-  There's no official registered document (if any) that should show the intervention of DGAC
         ( Direccion  General de Aeronautica Civil) (Aeronautical Federal Authorities) regarding the
        supposed impact of the DC-9 with an unknown object (UFO) that also must be registered
         at SENEAM (Mexican Air Space Navigation Services) who is the one that provides the
         Aeronautical Services to all airplanes flying in Mexico as of Air Traffic Control, Navigation
         Facilities,  Radio Communications, Weather reports and forecasts.

       There is no record of this "collision case" in Aeroméxico's maintenance department,

         There is no record of this "collision case" in Aeroméxico's Pilots Chief Office.

         There is NO record of this "collision case" in the Air Traffic Control Incidents
          Reporting and Investigation Committees at SENEAM or DGAC.

        ordered and repaired the airplane or any record of Aeromexico’s Maintenance Department.

NOTE: Now the name of the Mechanic Chief  has appeared and is FRANCISCO MARTINEZ MEZA
             I interviewed him in his office today january 12 2004 and he told me there is a LIE regarding
            Cap. Raymundo Ruano's statement about that there was a 'broken strut' in the DC9 XA-JEB.

         There was "no broken strut" as Cap. Raymundo Ruano told to the media for almost 10 years
            and in the radio program were Capt. Franz was defamed and discredited (I have the tape).
            There was only a small hydraulic leak in the brakes 'link' line, a conduct closer to the main strut

06.- There is not a single document that proofs the lab analysis to the damaged part(s) J. Maussán
        said that NASA was present and took the damaged parts to de U.S.A.

07.- There are no NASA or FAA documents regarding the results of the investigation as J. Maussan
        assured in some TV video or program that I saw many years ago.

   NOTE: The information about  what Jaime Maussan said regarding NASA's and FAA's
                 involvement it was in a video I saw between 1998 and today It is not available yet.
                 I give my word I saw and heard Jaime Maussan saying that in a video but I don't
                 remember if it was in a videotape  or in a local TV program in Puebla Mexico were
                 I live. I am searching in my free time in more than 600 videos hoping to have it here soon.

08.- The landing gear compartment doors didn't suffer any kind of damage.

09.-  When the landing gear lowers, the compartment doors extend further than the length of the
         landing gear (Below this text is an image that shows the position of the landing gear compartment
         doors at the first cycle of the mechanical hydraulic process.

       Doors should have been impacted first.

                 NOT IN FRONT WHERE SUPPOSEDLY SHOULD BE HIT AS THE AIRPLANE
                 MOVES FORWARD?
 
         What is the reason that the landing gear doors had no damage when at the time of the
         LOUD NOISE was heard and the alleged 'collision' occurred while the doors were fully
         extended waiting for the main gear to extend completely?

         When deployment of the landing gear is commanded by the crew, the uplock hook for each gear is
         unlocked by the RIGHT hydraulic system pressure. Once the hook is released from the roller on the
        strut, the gear is driven down laterally by springs, hydraulic actuators, aerodynamic forces, and gravity.

         The landing gear reaches the full-down and extended position within 15 seconds and is locked in the
         down position by spring-loaded downlock bungees. AFTER THAT  the landing gear doors CLOSE.

10.- I had many conversations with Aeroméxico's pilots about this case, one of them is Capt. Sergio Barba
        who was the DC-9's chief of line for 6 years, this means he occupied that position because of his merits,
         professionalism and general airplane knowledge. He was my boss then.

        He told me that around 1987 he had a similar experience being close to land at the Acapulco's Intl. airport.
        He explained that at the moment of the incident the landing gear handle was moved down as usual and
        when the landing gear was lowering heard a loud noise, so loud that all the crew and the passengers were
        very afraid of what was happening.

        After landing in Acapulco, Capt. Sergio Barba reported the failure to the mechanic in charge and told him
        of what happened. The mechanic pointed out that there was a broken “Bungee switch” on the right main
        landing gear.

        The verbal information that Capt. Sergio Barba gave me is that the piece of the landing gear called
        “Bungee switch” broke which allowed de landing gear to extend without a limit in the main gear shock
        absorber

         A very important  eyewitness is  Cap. Alejandro Luna Sotura (Actually Aeroméxico's Security Manager)
         who was on board that particular flight inside the cockpit and sitting in the "jump seat" (between both pilots)
         along the full flight since taking off from Guadalajara until landing at Mexico's Intl. airport.

         I had an interview with Cap. Alejandro Luna Sotura and he told me that he only heard a LOUD NOISE
         at the same moment the landing gear was lowered. According to his own words “I heard a noise on that
         flight louder than any other I've heard in 31 years of experience as a Pilot”. He never mentioned hearing
         about UFO's or strange objects between the Pilot and Controllers communications during the whole flight.

          He also pointed out that there was no vibration on the plane while the LOUD NOISE was heard.

          This can help us to suspect that there was no impact at all.

 NOTE: Again I had an interview with Cap. Alejandro Luna Sotura today january 12-2004 and played
              the audio tape from  Jaime Maussan's radio show of december 21- 2003 program  were
              Capt. Raymundo Ruano explains that he was told by Enrique Kolbeck, the Area Controller
              that there were "TWO SHIPS" (listen here in spanish) beside his Airplane and it  was not  true
              because Enrique Kolbeck WAS NOT the Terminal Controller  and said he advised to
              Capt. Raymundo Ruano there were "TWO ECHOES" (listen here in spanish) beside his
              airplane  when the incident happened and now here we have in the same radio show  TWO
              different stories  as of the early statements given by  Jaime Maussan and Enrique Kolbeck.

   Cap. Alejandro Luna Sotura sustained  that there was no UFO or 'traffic' information neither
          "targets" or any information in ALL the duration of the flight contrary as Enrique Kolbeck said before.

           NOTHING BUT A LOUD NOISE.

11.- The 3000 PSI (lb. sq/in) hydraulic pressure used for lowering the landing gear and at the moment the
        "Bungee Switch" broke causing a loud noise that was heard in the interior of the airplane because the
        landing gear is fixed to the "MAIN BEAM", that is the most solid part of the airplane and doesn't have
        a holder that BONDS the unit to the "Bungee Switch" (extension of the vibrations shock absorber)
        with the main shock absorber and did the function of a firing pin producing ONLY a strong NOISE.

12.- There are no witnesses on the ground about the impact of the airplane with another object nor a
        passenger that had seen something abnormal during the approach or the moment of the 'collision'.

        There is an "eyewitness" named Enrique Jaime Kolbeck Vergara an Air Traffic Controller who
        have claimed in many occasions at many conferences including his presentation at the National
        Club Press Conference on may 09 of 2001 organized by Dr. Steven Greer of CSETI that he is a
        "eyewitness" of this case.

        The strange thing is that  Enrique Jaime Kolbeck Vergara has nothing to do with the Terminal
        Control of Mexico's Intl. Airport because he is a Radar Route Controller that was far away from
         the scenario and was not working when Cap. Raymundo Ruano declared an emergency.

       Enrique Jaime Kolbeck Vergara gave a FALSE TESTIMONY because he speaks in the name
        of Cap. Raymundo Ruano as if he was an eyewitness in the cockpit when this incident occurred.
        Also Jaime Maussan said Enrique Jaime Kolbeck Vergara he was the controller who was taken

         that came out after almost 10 YEARS of the incident and thanks to my questioning.

THIS IS THE END OF THE STORY

             I had an interview with him on january 08, 2004. He told me in front of 6 pilots while we were at the
             Aeromexico's pilots briefing room that there was a feeling like AN IMPACT, but that was something
             like a hit,  it was a sensation at the moment the landing gear was lowered then the LOUD NOISE of the line

             There was NO information on the radio frequencies during ALL the duration of the flight.  about
   UFO's or TARGET's and they were not advised from that as Enrique Kolbeck the traffic controller
             stated that he told  Capt. Raymundo Ruano about  two 'targets' beside Capt. Ruano's  flight 129 .
 

            Enrique Kolbeck LIED and it shows MAYBE there was a conspiracy to make this FAKE like real.

           Capt. ENRIQUE GOMEZ's  words: -" We were told later, after the incident,  that there were many
           UFO sightings during the evening of july 28 1994. That was told  by Jaime Maussan and he looked
           for me after the incident and ask me if I could participate in a Video interview and if I would told about
           the UFO story, and I told him that I couldn't do that because my laugh will come out because that was
           ridiculous to say that because it never happened, then he asked me if I could say that there was a
           "shock wave" that caused the damage on the landing gear and I told him I'll never do that"-

            Now we can understand why Capt. ENRIQUE GOMEZ  the Capt. Raymundo Ruano's Co-pilot
          never was mentioned in the media for ALMOST 10 YEARS!  He was not a good candidate for
            the UFO story so he never was mentioned and by that he could not be reached from nobody and
            asked about the real facts that night.

           Same happened to Capt. Alejandro Luna Sotura, he was never mentioned until I brought 'em here.

           Also I found some web pages referring to this Cap. Ruano "collision incident" they have information
           (all the same content) about the interesting part is about a person named Victor Lopez Suarez
            who supposedly videotaped the incident that was put in a post at the mailing list UFO Updates at:

          Another "key eyewitness" in this case is Capt. Ramón Ruiz Gómez (who is willing to testify) who
          told me that when he took off from Guadalajara Intl., Airport bound to Mexico City and coincidentally
          was three minutes behind the flight 129 commanded by Capt. R. Ruano and same destination.

          He explained to me in person that night was a clear starry sky because he could see clearly at great
          distance. Capt. Ramón Ruiz Gómez had almost of the time Capt. Raymundo Ruano’s airplane in
          sight when he declared emergency and being at 5 nautical miles from behind him he didn't see any
          UFO neither he heard over the communication frequencies that Air traffic controllers or any other pilot
          reported UFO sightings at the moment.

          There was no UFO information and there is no VOICE RECORDING TAPE  to prove it and it is not
          necessary because Capt. Ramón Ruiz Gómez is an eyewitness with his testimony.

          In this case the first thing to do by a real UFO investigator was to ask for the VOICE RECORDING TAPES
          and precisely in this supposed UFO collision case there are no RADAR VIDEO RECORDING TAPES.

13.-  The DC-9-32 is an airplane that weights between 40 and 50 tons, moving at an average approach speed
         of +/- 290 km/h (160 knots) when hitting against any object would have caused a much greater structural
         damage than the one argued by the pilot and a considerable alteration of the flight path or more surely an
         explosion by rupture of the Right Fuel Tank which is located in each of the wings and that in normal operation
         when ending a flight might contain a surplus from 20% to 30% amount of total remaining fuel (Between 3000
         and 5000 pounds in each of both main tanks).

14. - They have not shown as far as I know the photographs of the damaged parts, neither those of the
        involved Air Traffic Controllers, nor the Cockpit Voice Recording, nor the registry of the flight recorder
        (BLACK BOX) to review and verify the registered gravity's and inertial forces which the airplane was put
        to during the presumed impact, nor the photographs of the mechanics, nor of the Aeronautical Inspectors,
        nor of the flight crew, nor the passengers etc..

15.- During and after the emergency declared by the pilot there was no activation of a procedure called
        (SECURITÉ) that is emitted for the other aircraft in the vicinity, when it is established that as a safety
        procedure, an obligatory aeronautical message should have been emitted and by not doing so there was
        a risk to other aircraft and their occupants. Capt. R. Ruano declared himself in an emergency and there
        were no appropriate precautory measures taken established in the Air Traffic and Civil Flight rules.

16.- A NOTAM (NOtice To Air Man) message should have been emitted to alert other pilots who were in the
        approach area close to the Airport because of what he experienced could result danger to another
        airplanes that could encounter the same unknown objects (UFO's) by the mentioned facts.

17.- There was no advice to the Mexican Air Force (Fuerza Aerea Mexicana)  about the
        presence of UFO'S so they would take care of this serious and dangerous matter in their
        hands to protect the 'DANGEROUS' Air Space knowing there was a threat to other airplanes
       flying near the Mexico's airport and needed a SPECIAL ALERT.

18.- The landing gear being one of the most resistant parts of the aircraft shouldn't have broken by
        the impact of a heavy object, the tires should have been destroyed and FIRST OF ALL  the
        LANDING GEAR DOORS  which didn't suffer any damage. ..SEE NUMBER 08 ABOVE.
