Estimado Alejandro,
Un gusto de hablar con usted
por telefono. Voy revisando un
poco un email que le iba
a mandar cuando usted me habló.
Tenemos algunas preguntas
acerca de la recreación que
queremos hacer con las luces
de Carmen.
3. Tiene usted una
copia de las imagenes o sabe dónde
la puedo conseguir (supuestamente
las Fuerzas Aereas
dieron su unica copia a
Jaime Maussan)? De este
punto, ya hablamos.
De download el clip de internet
está bien, pero para
el final vamos a necesitar un
clip de calidad dvd o vhs
para el programa. Nos prestas
tu copia para copiar?
Además quién tiene los derechos
de la imagen o es patrimonio
nacional (o sea, libre)?
4. Está dispuesto
de participar en el programa, dar
entrevistas, tal vez acompa?arnos
en la recreación?
gracias por todo,
Isham Randolph (datos abajo)

Usted tiene contacto con
la tripulación? O me puede
poner en contacto con la

Qué tan difícil
sería sacar permiso de hablar con
ellos?
gracias de nuevo,

Alejandro,
I know you mentioned this
to me but please tell me
again:
How does your schedule work?
Do you work a week and
rest a week? I know
you are free from the 6th to the
14th of October but what
does your schedule look like
AFTER the 14th?
best,
Isham

Hi Alejandro,
It was good to speak to you again.
Here are a couple things
that we talked about and
others that have occured
to me.
1. I know you don't
have a lot of respect for Ing. David
Triay Lucatero from CAFE
but please pass on any
contact information that
you have for him.
Furthermore, if there
are other organizations besides
yours that you do hold in
high esteem, please pass
along their names and contact
information.
We are particularly interested
in groups that are
investigating ufo landings
and checking the soil
around those landings for
radioactivity and other
signs
2. We are very interested
in getting contact information
on the Air Force group that
saw the ufos. We need to
know how many people were
on the plane but more
importantly, we want to
meet with them. Contact
information is very important.
Please talk to your
friend in the Air Force
to see if he can get their
information.
3. Please pass along
the website/email of Jim
Wescott, former fleer engineer.
Thanks,
Isham

Hi Dana and Alex,
The attach shows the coordinates
for the protected and
restricted no fly areas.
I was hoping that you would
be able to make some
sense of them. I get
the impression that they are
areas between 3 to 12 miles
of distance from each
of the platforms.
Dana, the navy seems
to think that a fly by is
possible but wants me to
give, in writing, the
coordinates or a general
idea of the route that we
want to fly. This
would be both for the recreation if
it turns out that the infrared
isn't powerful enough
to fly the exact air force
route and the fly by flight
to get platform shots.
Still no word from Helivan
about the prices.
According to the asst that
I spoke to this morning,
his boss has the quotes
but is in a meeting right now
and won't be able to get
them to us until noon or 1pm.
I expressed our urgency
in all this and hoped that
the asst might be able to
get ahold of the quotes and
pass them to me beforehand.
Hoping hoping.
Isham

Alex,
Thanks for the diagrams.
One question: I am trying
to understand the scale
of the diagrams. Are those
miles, kms, nautical miles?
More or less, how large
is the radius of the protected
zone?
Thanks for the semar contact.
I think it will come in
handy.
